Issuing an Employee Warning Form for Violations of The Company’s Rule
What happens when an employee violates the rules of a company? Usually, an employee warning form will be issued by the Human Resource Department for them to fill out and they have to put their signature at the bottom of the form to agree that they won’t be repeating the violations in the future. Most companies usually have similar rules where if an employee violates the rules and policy, they will be given a verbal warning first. After that, there will be a first written warning, if the violation is repeated, then they will have their contract terminated and have to leave the company.

In an employee warning form, there are a few things that need to be filled out, such as the full name of the employee, the manager’s name, the date of when the violation occurred, type of warning, type of violation, brief description of the violation, deadline (if there is any), follow-up meeting with the manager or HR Department (if necessary), employee’s signature, manager’s signature, and many more. Some companies might have more information needed to be stated on the form too.
