Things to Consider to be Included in a Contract for Deed Form
A contract for deed form is basically a form that is given for buyers that want to purchase a property but are not qualified for a mortgage loan from the bank. This way, the buyer can actually purchase the property (by paying reinstalment to the seller instead of borrowing money from the bank). The seller will be the one purchasing the property and after the payment for the property is finished and done by the buyer, then the contract of the deed will be given to the seller as proof that they own the property now. In the form itself, usually, there is detailed information of both parties (the buyer and the seller).

What is the difference between a contract for deed and a mortgage? Both contracts are quite similar, however, a contract for deed is actually when the buyer owes the seller the amount of money for the property (they could live in the property if they want to) while a mortgage is when the buyer borrows money from the bank to purchase a property. Here are some of the things that need to be included in the contract for deed form. Some of them include the purchase price, the interest rate that the buyer needs to pay, the down payment of the property that is going to be purchased, the number of monthly installments, some of the responsibilities for both parties, etc. To download an example of this type of form, you can click on the download link provided at the bottom of this page.
